At different times in our lives, we are faced with challenges that feel big and we are not always sure that we have what it takes to meet them. At other times we simply feel stuck and don't really know how to get unstuck. We can have challenges around productivity, team work, motivation, feeling overwhelmed, self-esteem, wanting a promotion and many other issues. We may at times feel a strong desire to grow and achieve something bigger than we have in the past or we may feel that there is something missing despite having had a lot of success. These are all times when coaching can be a powerful support for moving forward and developing new capacities.

As a coach and facilitator I work with each individual person or organization to tailor a program that suits their unique needs and challenges. I look at the person as a complete human being and work to ensure that the devlopment is anchored in every aspect of their life. For the program to be successful, we need to look at the person's inner experience of themself and their life as well as how they take care of themselves physically, emotionally and spiritually. I also consider their environment and what support they have from other people in their life when I design their coaching program. The result tends to be markedly better functioning an various areas of development such as learning, relating, understanding, taking action, embodiment, emotional maturation, presence and awareness.

To explore whether I would be the right coach for you to work with, please send me an email with a description of your current situation and what you would like some help with. I will respond and let you know if I think I can be of help and at that point we would meet for an intake session where I would gather more information to get a more complete picture of the situation. After that I will design and coaching and development plan for you. If you decide that you want to take that on, we will agree on a contracted length of time for our coaching relationship with specific topics and outcomes determined in advance so that you can track your progress throughout the program.

A typical coaching program will last between 6-12 months with a combination of weekly and bi-weekly sessions. Each session will last between 30-90 minutes depending on where the person is at in the process. Sessions can be done either in person or via Skype. In additiona to the coaching sessions, the person will undertake certain specific tasks and exercises to support their development. It is a challenging and rewarding process to be coached and it has the potential for creating deep and lasting life changes. Are you ready to move forward in your life's great journey? I look forward to working with you on making it as deeply enriching and rewarding as it possibly can be.
